
Joseph B. Fuller
Wikipedia Page Joseph Fuller is a Professor of Management Practice at Harvard Business School and an advisor to CEOs and Boards. He is a leading authority on the future of work and founded and co-leads the Harvard Business School’s Managing the Future of Work initiative and Harvard Project on Workforce. He advises global business leaders on strategy, the impact of artificial intelligence, and the evolving labor market.
Joe co-founded Monitor Group, a global strategy consulting firm, where he served as CEO of its consulting operations. During his three decades at Monitor, he advised senior executives and policymakers on corporate strategy, competitiveness, and workforce development. The firm was acquired by Deloitte in 2012 and is that firm’s strategy arm, named Monitor-Deloitte.
Joe has spoken at numerous management conferences and has written extensively. His work has appeared in Harvard Business Review, Sloan Management Review, CEO, and The Journal of Applied Corporate Finance magazines, as well as The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, The Washington Post, Politico, The Atlantic, The Hill, Axios, The International Herald Tribune, China Daily, India’s Business Standard, and Brazil’s EXAME. Joe’s research probes the major forces shaping the future of work.
Joe serves on the boards of Hakluyt and Company, Aera Technology and Helios Consulting and is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Western Governors University. He is a Senior Fellow at the Burning Glass Institute and a Senior Visiting Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute.
Joe holds an AB magna cum laude from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
